Dr Bike with Sudbourne Primary School

This February we started our partnership with Lambeth on their School Streets programme. We ran two ‘Dr Bike’ sessions at Dunraven Primary School and Sudbourne Primary School. Both sessions were held after school and Students, Parents and Teachers were invited to bring their bikes for a check up.

Our team carried out repairs on over 30 bikes and shared their cycling maintenance knowledge with Students and Parents so they keep their bikes in good shape.

‘Dr Bike was a huge success for not only pupils but also parents and staff. The event had a real buzz about it, with lots of engaged parents and pupils learning how to maintain their bikes and support our cycle to school and school street initiatives.
